Where can I learn to play tabla drums?
I have seen a performance of someone playing the tabla drum and I was really impressed. These drums are very cool, and I would love to learn how to play them. I have a lot of experience with percussion instruments, so hopefully it won’t be too difficult for me to learn. However, I need to find someone to teach me how to play. Can anyone tell me where I might be able to get lessons on how to play the tabla drum? Are lessons widely available? I am assuming they aren’t since I haven’t seen them offered before, but I haven’t been looking either.
