A new journal may help with corporate team building programs
I’ve been reading about Management in Practice. It’s a journal for practice managers in primary care.
A small market, perhaps, but one that needs to be continually updated and which is, no doubt, open to new ideas and better ways to operate.
There are a lot of issues in primary care. And many of them complex — difficult enough to describe let alone get on top of. They need to orgaise the practice and other staff, grow the business, manage risks and identify future risks, find a corporate team building program they can trust to improve staff effectiveness, and a lot more beside.
So there’s probably a pretty receptive audience for a journal like this.
The journal is endorsed by the Royal College of General Practitioners. That reflects the quality of the content and the reputation of the editors. I look forward to seeing how it fares in the coming years.
