A travel insurance claim
The good news is that my travel insurance claim has now gone through. My suitcase was stolen on my trip to Italy, and as if that wasn’t frustrating enough I made a claim on my travel insurance but it was sent back because I didn’t include a copy of the receipt for one of the items I was claiming for. I don’t tend to keep receipts for everything which is why I hadn’t included it. Luckily I found the original payment on my credit card bill though, and requested a copy of the receipt from the shop. Hopefully the reimbursement cheque will come through this week.
