Looking for the Deals
A friend of mine called me up a few days and told me that he wanted me to come and check out his new house. I knew that there was no way that he could have ever afforded a house, but sure enough, I pulled into the driveway of his house that day. He told me that the house was on foreclosure, so he took out a $10000 loan, and payed cash for it. It is a pretty amazing house too. I only hope that I can afford to get a house like it some day. I will have to look for other foreclosures.
