Luxury real estate within the confines of a gated community
With crime rate going up in most communities today there are quite a few real estate development companies building luxury real estate within the confines of a gated community. Normally to be able to enter a gated neighborhood you either need to be invited by a resident and your name put on the gatekeeper’s visitors log or be able to be buzzed through the gate which is protected by cameras. There are also cameras often installed at various points in the neighborhood for added security. This is considered a much safer way to live because there is a much better control system in place to keep track of who is coming and going.
