Manage Risk with Basics of Stock Market Investing
I recently found myself sitting with some extra money in my savings account. It was enough to make me consider doing something else with it, like investing in the stock market. My brothers and dad have all been making money recently, and so I thought I might jump in as well. I needed to learn some of the basics of stock market investing first. One of my first lessons was all about managing risk. I knew that my amount of money wasn’t going to make me rich, and I also did not want to lose it all right away. I chose some money market funds to put the money in because they offer less risk. They also will not provide the biggest gains, but my money will be fairly safe.
