Rent or Buy
We wanted to buy a vacation home in New Zealand. Just because it is so beautiful there and great surfing too. My husband wanted to just rent vacation homes where ever we decided to go. I thought it would help to build our wealth if we bought a vacation home and rented it out as a vacation home. We consulted with Taupo real Estate, and I was right it would build more wealth that way. Even though I was right it took some convincing on my husbands part. He was still reluctant to sink that much money in a home away from home.
