There is a good reason that Ormond Beach Real Estate is a bit higher priced that that of Daytona Beach. Besides’s the beach, there is the river, Tomoka State Park, an active art scene, golf courses, tennis and close access to Orlando and Jacksonville. All of this makes this smaller community an ideal place to live. When I first moved here I fell in love with the feel of a smaller town with all the bigger town amenities. I spend my mornings enjoying the sunrise over the beach and then head to the golf course to hit a few balls. The art scene is much better than I expected.
