Time For Us to refinance
We bought our home last year with a variable rate loan. At the time it was the only way we could afford the payment. Luckily we counted on my wife’s promotion this year and that has manifested. Now we need mortgage refinancing and we need to change our loan to a long term thirty year fixed rate. We can afford the payments now and the future only looks to be getting more expensive. Interest rates cannot stay so low if a recession kicks in. The economists are saying, if you can refinance, you should refinance. So, we are listening and tomorrow we will talk to a loan officer.
