Training my employees
I am opening a new restaurant, and I want to be sure that everyone is well versed in food safety practices so that we don’t have any food safety issues in my restaurant. I am wondering if there is a short food safety training course I could send all my new employees to before they start work. Right now the restaurant isn’t open yet, so it would be the perfect time. I could pay for the course and pay them for the time when they are attending the course, so I would assume that would get over any objections they might have to attending it.
