What is an employment agency?
An employment agency comes in a variety of flavors. Some exclusively hire contract labor for companies that need a job done such as migrating several hundred servers over to a new software platform or operating system. Other work to bring temporary work to companies that need a rush of temporary labor and aren’t necessarily looking for full time employees. Some seek out and hire people for intern positions where they work for an extended amount of time generally 3-6 months. An employment agency essentially is hiring the person then getting paid by the company they send you to a commission for helping them with the work load.
