Companies have found this to be a problem lately and have taken measures to screen their applicants more thoroughly so they don’t run into problems after their hired. Employment verification is a vital step in securing a companies assets. Knowing their past history is vital in the hiring selection process, and its not fair to other qualified applicants if you get hired and were not honest or didn’t put in the time and experience.
