03/13 Reducing Chance for Discoloration

There are many reasons why the average home should be cleaned on a regular basis but the biggest reason is usually going to be because certain surfaces within the home will actually degrade enough over time that even the best Long Island tile & grout cleaning service wouldn’t be able to fix the damage that might have been done from months or even years of neglect of that surface. The issue that many people end up having with grout is that it will become discolored over time and this process is significantly increased if the person who owns the home forgets to clean on a regular basis.

03/12 Criticism On “European Stock Drop Reflects Global Economic Worries”

It’s sometimes useful to extrapolate to absurd but possible extremes to understand something of the current folly… like for example the MBA dumb as a brick approach to ‘success’ who’s end game is to succeed by creating a monopoly producing all the World’s goods and services and without any labor cost – just one obvious (to non MBAs) big problem with that successful outcome is that everyone else will have starved to death. Hint: life is about more than money, and governments should be all about enforcing such common sense on behalf of a nation of people rather than pimping themselves to the successful lonely pointless corporate winner.

03/08 My Loan for People with Poor Credit

I need to let others know about my loan for people with poor credit. I’d figured that I’d get a loan with a horrible rate and payments that would be too high. It was my worse fear. It actually wasn’t like that at all. It was a great rate in comparison to what I was paying on some of my credit cards. The payments were perfect. I’ve been able to get my debt lowered by using this to reduce my monthly payment amounts.

03/08 Saving money with a laser cheque

In these harsh economic times just about every industry, and every business owner, is looking for ways to reduce costs and increase revenue. The latter option may be easier said than done but the first option, finding cost cutting opportunities, can be easier than you think. If you are the the kind of person who is always hunting for a way to save money for your business, whether it is getting the best deal from a supplier or picking your accountants brain for cost saving measures, you might be surprised to know that there is a way to reduce your business costs that you are probably using everyday and have never paid attention to. Your cheques. Now, by using a laser cheque, you can cut your expenses on cheques dramatically and put more money in your pocket. A laser cheque is a faster and easier way to pay than traditional paper cheques, and laser cheques cost less too, what a deal!

Of course, as a business owner you are concerned not just about saving money, but also about making sure that your businesses expenses are secure and safe. Rest assured that a laser cheque can succeed in those areas as well. A laser cheque can actually be even more secure than a paper cheque in many situations and you can rest assured that many of the suppliers of laser cheques pride themselves on their commitment to the safety and security of their cheques. Remember though in your quest to save money, you get what you pay for. That means that you should not always go with the lowest cost cheque because in the end you may end up paying far more in poor security. Try to find an acceptable balance between the cost and security of your laser cheque.

03/07 A Response To “Greece Holds Emergency Talks on Cutbacks”

As a country, it is a shame that Greece does not even want to pay for their debt management advice. In Corporate world, the company should be liquidated. For a country, the land and the right of taxation to their people should be given to EU until they can repay their debt with interest. Obviously, the easiest way out is to default so that Greece does not need to pay for her debt. However, Greece will be out of EU and will live on its own as no foreign companies and banks will do business on credit. It is a shame as being a Greek. Greece will be in deep depression. It is an easy way out but the consequences may be more painful than having tax increases to pay for its debt.

03/07 My Take On “Antsy Voters Look for a Third Way”

There is something about term limits that sounds appealing. I do, however, like to point people to look at how well it worked out for California.

Sadly, politicians that would behave in self serving or corrupt ways, are likely to do the same while either getting ready to run for a different political foreign office travel advice or using their current office to line up a cushy overpaid job within industry in exchange for some action during their last term in office.

So far it seems there is scant objective evidence that changing the names on the political office doors more frequently results in positive change in results.

03/06 Thoughts On “Review & Outlook: Obama’s Dividend Assault”

john volk: so you really fell for the wall street stock advice buy back scam didn’t you. i hope you understand this: you only get $ when you sell but it may or may not be more than you paid for the stock. when a co buys back its own stock it lowers the p/e ratio a tiny amount; however in a declining p/e environment as in the last 12-13 years, the sell price is usually lower than the buy back price. cisco is a prime example; ditto other tech cos. re your personal situation, did you ever get cash from a buy back ? if so please cite one example. i never did and i have been investing for years. but i do get divids which is real money.

03/02 Opinion On “Putin Criticizes U.S. Arrests of Spy Suspects”

Did I hear the KGB denial refrain. He ain’t my brother no sir. He ain’t my sister no mam. I don’t know who you got but if he’s from Brighton he’s Tony’s guy. He ain’t my man.

Oh, he’s a spy for someone else. He’s a spy for someone else. We told ya we’d get you for helping Iran, oh he’s a spy for someone else.

He could be Chinese bro. he could be Chinese bro. He ain’t no Afghan they’re all gone, he could be a Chinese spy. He ain’t no Iranian guard. he ain’t no Iranian guard. He has a right to deny the flight he ain’t no Persian star.

We’ll bury you tonight, In the full moonlight. We won’t let it go on. You found out we love advice to darn, near kill u in spite of the truth we love to kill ya you darn. So bring the forces we’re ready. We will hold her steady. The bullet is sharp, the bomb is strong let’s get it on.

03/01 A Response To “2012 Porsche 911 Carrera S Review: A Magnificent First Stab | Rumble Seat by Dan Neil”

A bone stock advice 85 IROC would be hard pressed to beat a new Civic these days, and a stock 85 C4 would be a stop light joke as well. You can still get plenty of performance for a realistic price today though. A Mustang GT is published at 412hp but several magazines have found that to be seriously underrated and that they put about 412 to the ground. These cars can run the 1320 in the low 13′s and can be had for just over $30k.

Part of the Porsche branding is exclusivity, and as people have levered up and bought more and more toys they had to increase price to keep the supply equilibrium where they wanted it.

02/26 My Analysis On “Review & Outlook: An EPA Moratorium”

Carl you are deeply confused.

It seems like you are against things big but did you know that the Big Federal Government is far bigger than any Big Business you can name?

Did you know that coal producers compete with oil producers? Did you know that many oil producers are the ones producing that natural gas too?

It appears the Big Government is creating more regulations that help Big Oil.

In addition, if you are capable of comprehending this point, consider the fact that more regulations on Big Business is only going to make those businesses Bigger because it wipes out any competition by small business advice business. And guess who pays, all of the little people.

02/23 A Response To “Reno Air Race Crash Kills 3″

Just read about the Voodoo and how it lost a trim tab. Also saw a photo of the Ghost’s trim tab departing while inverted. From what I am reading, the loss of the trim tab would cause a sudden high G upward turn, if in level flight, but while inverted, the high G reaction would have the plane heading for the ground.

For all you safety freaks, I gotta ask; do you dare drive on LA freeways?

After racing cars and motorcycles, six years in Vietnam, and 22 jumps, my now old bod is paying the price. Glad I did it and would again. My teen advice is DO IT, cuz one day you can’t.
