It’s easy to adopt a bad habit. For me, it always seems easier than it should. Why can’t it be easier to break a bad habit? My bad habit involved eating out too much each week. And, perhaps it was more than eating out. I was eating the wrong foods when eating out and gained weight. Nevertheless, I decided that I would break my bad habit.
