Oh, to be in temperate tropical sunny Mexico! It seems like Summer went by in two weeks, Fall never happened, and it’s already Winter! I’ve been fantasizing about a cancun trip just to keep my mind off the thermometer. Warm sandy beaches and clear tranquil blue water. Handsome Latin Lotharios bringing me fruity cocktails and yummy grilled fish on a stick. Picture postcard sunsets and Mariachi music drifting on the wind. I can almost hear it. Sounds much better than my freezing cold walk to the bus stop to commute to an office full of coughing and sneezing drones. Cancun…take me away…

It is spring break. The family and myself always go on an outing. I am trying to think of somewhere were we have not been to. We have been to Maui, Miami, the Bahamas, and San Francisco. Well I think I may take us to this hot spot I have heard of. It has a lot of different things for the family to do. I think it was called alcudia holiday. I can go fishing with my son while my wife takes our daughter out to the beach. Yeah, that sounds like a great idea. They have a lot of restaurants there too, so we have a variety of where to eat. This should be fun for the whole family. My wife can do some shopping too. Plenty of shops to go to. I am starting to get real excited about this vacation. I am sure my family will enjoy this as much I will!

A friend of mine decided to pack up and move to New York all the way from Oklahoma. She says she had been thinking about it for a while but finally mustered up the courage to go through with it. I spoke to her last night as she was thumbing through the Rochester Jobs section of the newspaper.
