Digestive Enzymes Supplements
Even though our body produces numbers of digestive enzymes, we still need other form of sources because not all of them are readily manufactured by the body. The intake of raw fruits and vegetables does not guarantee a complete supplementation because some of the enzymes are being shattered during the cooking method. And if you’re only source of enzymes is food, then it is of great probability that you are missing most of the 45 necessary digestive enzymes for the breakdown of food, its not that there is lack of food that has the digestive enzymes because there are a lot of them but are only found in raw food that we tend not to eat.
