Do I recommend Eat Stop Eat for losing weight?
Some people who read about Eat Stop Eat and its recommendation of doing intermittent fasting one or two days a week while eating normally the rest of the time, and combining it with some strength/weight training (not super intensive several hour a day workouts but a few 30 minute workouts a week) feel like it could never work. But, after reading several Eat Stop Eat Review letters and blog posts from people who have tried the program and found it really does work has made me realize that just because something isn’t expensive and isn’t complicated doesn’t mean it can’t work. A person can lose weight by doing intermittent fasting and do it in a flexible way do it doesn’t interfere with nights out at restaurants with friends or other social events where a person would want to have food and not be in a fasting mode.
