Don’t Diet My Tips On Losing Weight

There can’t be many people in the developed countries who have not wanted to lose a bit of weight at some time or another. We are fortunate that food is readily available and even now is still relatively cheap. We have tasty snacks available to us at all times and it is all too easy to put on those excess pounds that never seem to leave us again.

We are always hearing about new diets but we also hear people say that diets don’t work. I guess if they are carefully planned and you stick with them they will work but that is the problem. You don’t really want to stick to them because you feel you are missing out.

So here are my best tips on losing weight to help you lose those pounds. First off food will make you fat if you eat too much so eat a little less. Carry on eating those things you enjoy but eat less of them. Have just one scoop of ice cream not two or three. Have a small slice of cake and don’t have a second. Put smaller portions of food on your plate and accept that feeling a little bit empty is actually a good thing and when your stomach adjusts you will feel comfortably full.
