Don’t make the mistake of stopping your walk to soon

Doctors and experts will tell you that waking is an excellent form of exercise. It is, if you can get out for a brisk walk to the point where you’re breathing heavy enough and it’s difficult to carry on a conversation then you’re getting a good workout. How ever if you only get out for a 20 minute walk you’re actually not giving yourself the best benefit for fat loss. If you’re walking, or jogging for that matter to burn belly fat you need to make your workouts last longer. The first part of your cardio workouts actually don’t burn fat, they use other forms of energy that are stored in your muscles. It’s only after that is done that you will begin to burn fat for energy.
