Well, the preposterous claims made by the companies under Dr oz name have been identified and Dr Oz along with Harpo lawyers has been fighting against offender companies that are using Oprah and Dr. Oz’s likeness for promotion of their product using their celebrity status. The Dr. Oz Acai Berry connection isn’t the only misleading advertising that exists. As a matter of fact, there are a few other alleged celebrity-acai connections that have been made. Recently, many companies that had been claiming support from Dr. Oz have started removing their celebrity endorsement claims. Those that were the most offensive have been disappearing all together.
