“You are what you eat,” we have all heard those famous words and that is why those of us who shovel hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, and milk shakes into our systems every day look like walking jiggling glutinous masses. It is a fact that what we eat can harm our bodies. For example, did you know that milk causes cellulite, and by removing it from your diet you can lose 10 pounds and also reduce your current cellulite and prevent any new cellulite that you have? It is interesting how different foods affect our bodies. It would do us all some good to find out what each food we eat does to our bodies.
