Food That Heals: What Should I be Eating?
When I visited my sister recently, I told her that I had been experiencing sluggishness and a general feeling of being unwell lately. She asked me about my diet. When she heard about my tendency to eat processed foods and foods containing white sugar, she advised me that I needed to think about my food choice. She remarked that I needed to compose my daily diet around food that heals. She then proceeded to tell me how to choose natural and organic foods over those that are processed. I was very thankful for her advice, and I am already in the process of making these changes.
