Hundreds Of Sit Ups And Still No Abs!
I thought that when I decided to try and get a six pack that all I needed to do was do a lot of sit ups everyday. Well, obviously I was wrong as I’ve been doing them for weeks now and can’t even see the difference. I have been managing to do more each day, so I’m pretty sure they are getting bigger and stronger but you just can’t see them. I asked a guy at the gym and he said I just needed to concentrate on losing fat rather than doing sit ups. I guess it makes a lot of sense, so what is the best way to burn fat? Because I want to be able to see my abs!
