Muscle weight gain
Make sure that you are never with your stomach empty. There is no problem if you eat frequently. When you are going through the Muscle Weight Gain training, or even later on, you must have at least three large meals in a day. Two to three small snack meals in addition will do fine. Try to choose the food items that have higher calories. Do avoid the food items that contain fat, especially those with saturated fat. Unsaturated fat like olive oil, canola oil, nuts and seeds are facilitating for weight gain.
