Not Enough Fish Oil
Before I got pregnant it would not be unusual for me to eat fish about 3 to 5 times a week. I know that consuming that much fish was probably not the healthiest thing for me, I loved eating it and I felt that my diet was a lot less saturated with the fats in other protein enriched foods. Now that I am pregnant I am told to cut back yet some of the supplements that my doctor prescribed he suggested that I buy fish oil. Now, I am confused. Why can’t I eat the fish itself and not have to substitute for the oil pills?
