Reported Benefits of Green Tea
Those that drink green tea extract for healthful purposes know all the green tea benefits. Green tea is reported to help lower cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure and it contains lots of antioxidants. I have a friend who started drinking green tea a few years ago in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise. She says that it helps to improve her memory and has given her much energy.
