Resveritrol And The French Paradox
I am a nurse and like to think that I stay current on the latest development in health producing products. And I hate it when my husband comes home with information that I have not heard of. This just happened the other night when he asked me if I knew about the French Paradox. In other words why was it that the french lived healthier lives than we did and ate worse while smoking. When I researched it I discovered that it was due to something called resveritrol. They were getting it from the red wine they were drinking but now we can get it from capsules.
