I don’t see anything wrong with buying furniture at a yard sale.
People buy used furniture every day. It is cheaper than buying new furniture, and it is often in good condition. I have, on several occasions purchased used furniture. I have bought furniture that was advertised in local newspapers and offered at yard sales. I don’t see anything wrong with buying furniture at a yard sale. Some people think that furniture should only be purchased when it is new. I disagree, as I have found many used pieces in excellent condition. New furniture is nice to have, but when you can’t afford to buy new, you settle for what you can afford to buy.
