Is All Debt Bad Or Is It Sometimes A Good Thing?
After years of easy credit we are all waking up to the idea that debt can be bad and in current times debt is bad so given that we have learned that owing money can be a problem is all debt bad?
It all depends on what you are using the loan for. If you are investing it in your home or your future then it probably is not a bad thing at all. If you will be getting a return on the money either by being able to get a better job and earn a better salary or you are increasing the value of your property then possibly that debt is good debt and is worthwhile.
