Is Create Training Really Unkind?
Crate teaching is one of the most useful ways to potty train a Boston Terrier as it uses the normal and usual “denning instinct” of the dog to give confidence to keep the area that it sleeps clean and free from dirt and other waste materials. In the wild, the den is kept dirt free by the mother although the Boston Terrier puppies are still young.
Once they get older and are capable to walk, they as expected go outside of the living area or den to ease and lighten themselves. In most homes there are no dens, and the area is basically too large for puppies to feel that this is their own spot.
