She is only 19 years old but talking to her, you would be surprised at the espresso knowledge that she has. The fact is, she has been learning about coffee since she was 10 years old. I do not know why my brother in law would allow her to mettle with his espresso maker when she is still so young. But, from there, she has gone on to win numerous competitions and even a name by being the youngest baristas. I guess she really love her coffee!
