Shopping in Spain
Shopping is one of my favourite past times and I recently headed to Spain for the weekend with a fellow shop-a-holic to see how the shops compared to my native shopping haven in the UK. Once we had arrived we jumped into a taxi and asked to be taken to the nearest shopping centre – to which we were given the choice of 5 – all nearby. So we decided to start at the first and work our way round. We were pleasantly surprised not only by the size of these centres but also by the quality of the shops. Clothes were a big focus for us and again, even in the well know branded stores there was a great variety in style and design. The furniture in spain was also impressive with high quality contemporary designs that we absolutely loved. So, there’s no surprise that the weekend just wasn’t long enough and we are planning out next trip to Spain but this time we will be going for longer than a couple of days.
