I ran into Frank a few months later at yet another medical function. He slapped me on the back and told me I was his best friend for life. Letting Steve set up a Medical Web Design for him had boosted his staff’s morale and helped them feel like they were no longer overworked. Which was really odd, according to Frank, since they had increased their patient load by 35 percent. I laughed and told Frank that the same thing had happened in my office, and I couldn’t be happier.
