my discrimination case
I was working at a local restaurant a year ago and I started dealing with my boss coming on to me. She thought that just because she was a woman that she could hit on me and get away with it, not to mention threaten my job when I didn’t comply. I learned long ago that documenting things the first time they happen helps your cases credibility and gives the lawyers something to use to prosecute your case. Discrimination laws are explicit and you do not have to suffer this kind of thing anymore.
