Was the horse in control
We do not like to put our noses where they do not belong but sometimes it becomes necessary. Our next door neighbors were transferred to the east coast and since they are only going to be gone for six or seven months rented their home to a couple. One afternoon I was working in the back yard and heard a strange noise next door. I looked over the fence and there was a horse looking back at me. I watched as the horse walked across their lawn and into the house. When my husband came home he called the Los Angeles Animal Control people and the horse was not seen after that.
