Get your numbers right.  Parents would always tell their kids to know who to call when to call.  Emergency numbers would be pinned on the refrigeration or at some other place where it can be easily seen.  Knowing your Hotline Whistleblower is your responsibility.   And being able to report it as soon as possible is the right thing to do.  You have the option to remain anonymous as long as you like.  In other words, you do not have to leave your name and number.  Just make that call when you see illegal actions being done.
