Taking a Look at a House Down the Street
My fiance and I live in an apartment, and we are currently looking for a new home. The housing market is great right now for buyers, so we were lucky to find many homes available in our area for a discount rate. There was one home in particular that the both of us were very interested in viewing. After viewing this place, we haired someone to come in and inspect the structure of the home. It turned out that there was some problem areas in the home, and we were able to put in a lower offer on the home because of this discovery. If we do buy the home, we plan on living in it for a short time and selling it once it is a sellers market.
