Patent Law. It can be quite complicated. Many of us have thought of ideas or inventions we would like to sell to someone. We have to get into the world of Patents at this point. And things can get very complicated. Do you use one of the Internet service’s? I am not so sure you should give up your idea without some protection, like a patent. With your application for a patent you may have to submit an Information Disclosure Statement otherwise known as an IDS. And you are giving the background information so they know you are not using prior art. There is a lot to consider besides the costs involved in seeking a patent. I advise anyone doing this to talk to an Attorney.
