Preparing to Give the Eulogy
I was just asked as the pastor of a dear friend to give the eulogy at the funeral. I have been prepared on many occasions to give one, but I have never had to give one for someone so close to me. I want to make it personal, but still leave in all the things that will help to comfort people. I think I am going to get some help from a website I found about writing and being able to give eulogies. I can see how it can be much harder to do that for someone you know and love so much.
