We are having some problems with our singapore-maid. Because we do not speak the same language, it is often hard to explain to her what we would like done. She doesn’t understand what we are saying, so she does things the way she was taught to do them, which is not the way that I would like them to be done. I feel as if I should get the service I desire, since I am paying for it. I just don’t know how to express my desires.
