You Have to Be an Exemplary Student in Order to Tutor
When you go to college, they will allow you to tutor students as a work study job. You would work in the tutoring center and simply sign up for the type of studies you actually qualify for. You also have to keep your grades above a certain level for the college to allow you to tutor. In other words, you might have taken enough English to tutor fourth year English students, but if your grades are below a B average, the college won’t allow you to tutor anyone. They feel that you should be able to maintain your B average while you tutor the students.
