Presidents Council on Physical Fitness advise

The goal is physical fitness and you should learn the fitness fundamentals that apply.  A commitment to getting yourself in top condition physically should become a lifetime goal.

You will learn that patience is key in a good workout program.  Some of the benefits can be seen quickly but over the long haul you will see a clearly defined new you that you can be proud of.  Longevity and good health will be the prize you attain with hard work and perseverance.

The Presidents Council on Physical Fitness offers a free publication that contains great advice to everyone.

The main point it makes is you should take care of your body in order for it to perform up to it’s potential.
