Company Investing In Recruitment Software Reaps Rewards
I am an owner of a employment placement agency. I have been in business for approximately eighteen months. For the first 6 months, I had hard copy filing system that I utilized to organize my clients, job orders, applicants and placements. After the first six months, I found that I had way too much data, and I was spending an unreasonable amount of time copying and filing documents. In fact, it had become somewhat of a nightmare, as I was trying to keep overhead costs low and do all of the work myself. Investing in recruitment software was the best decision I have ever made. I highly recommend it. It is an awesome management tool.
